In the heart of Macquarie Park, where city energy meets campus calm, rises a bold new vision — and at RENDERX STUDIO, we brought that vision to life in pixels before it ever touched the skyline.

A pivotal infill site adjacent to Macquarie University and the Metro, the Morling College Masterplan imagines more than a development — it dreams of a village reborn. Commissioned by TOGA and envisioned by the brilliant minds at TURNER STUDIO, the masterplan proposes an intricate blend of education, community, and contemporary living — layered together with residential, commercial, and retail realms, all wrapped in publicly accessible urban fabric.

Our renderings don’t just depict structures — they narrate stories. In this collaboration, we visualized the first phase of the masterplan: Macquarie Rise — a composition of three dynamic mixed-use towers designed by the multi-award-winning TURNER team. These vertical communities blend housing, commercial potential, and social infrastructure, reinforcing Morling College’s role as a central node in a growing urban tapestry.
